Murfreesboro woman to face DUI #4 charge in court

The 33-year old woman who allegedly ran her car into the side of an attorney's office in Murfreesboro in 2012 will be back in court on Monday, April 20, 2015.

Brandi Henricks was most recently arrested on Middle Tennessee Blvd. in 2014 after she was stopped for a light violation. When the suspect got out of her vehicle, police noted, "She appeared to be unsteady on her feet." A failed field sobriety test later landed her in handcuffs.

In 2012, she was charged with DUI number three after she allegedly ran into the side of a law firm at 131 North Church Street in Murfreesboro. The more recent 2014 arrest was for DUI number four.

Henricks had three prior DUI's in 2005, 2011 and 2012 (the year she reportedly ran into a building), all in Rutherford County. It was also found that her license was currently revoked and that she should not have been driving. The woman was also charged for having a prescription drug without proof of a prescription.

Again, Henricks will be arraigned in Circuit Court on April 20, 2015.She currently remains jailed in Rutherford County.
