If you happen to be commuting in La Vergne, you'd better be on your best behavior. The La Vergne Police Department has added 5 new police cars to their fleet.

The Ford Police Interceptors are sedans, and can easily blend in with normal traffic. Equipped with dual and rear radars, mobile data terminals and an upgraded HD video system, the new police cars will allow La Vergne officers to patrol more safely.

"Our old fleet was dying and it was time to update" said La Vergne Police Chief Mike Walker. The new cars are already in service and are out patrolling the city.
