NEW UPDATE: One Arrest in Nov. 16th Crash

We have another update on a three vehicle crash that occurred on Friday of last week… The wreck in question occurred on NW Broad Street at State Route 840 and Sgt. Kyle Evans with the Murfreesboro Police Department told WGNS that one driver was arrested and charged with vehicular assault.


The Fatal Accident Crash Team is investigating the crash and has released little information about the wreck. What they have stated is that driver Raymond Davy was arrested for Driving on a Suspended license, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Vehicular Assault.  Sgt. Evans also told us that one of two passengers in the vehicle with Davy had to be flown by LifeFlight helicopter to Vanderbilt Medical Center.  35-Year old John Heasley was seriously injured in the wreck. Also in the car with Davy was his 3-year old daughter. She was not injured.

Driving the other two vehicles involved in the three vehicle crash were Dylan Thompson, age 19 and 33-year old Rafael Gudiel.
