According to the official incident report, the victim visited the store to buy cigarettes and a few other items. After she walked out, she realized that she left her new pack of cigarettes on the counter.

When the teen walked back in to retrieve the smokes, she told police the clerk grabbed her hand and led her behind the counter. The 18-year old told officers that she was confused about what was happening.

Once behind the counter, a police report documented what the victim stated, "He pulled her pants and under pants toward him and stuck his hand in her pants while holding the items, she stated he left his hand in her pants until she jumped back and asked what he was doing." The report showed that the man allegedly responded, "I thought you were underage."

The female quickly exited the business and made her way to her car, suggesting that the clerk followed her outside and stood at the door watching her.

An MPD Detective was informed of the accusations, but an arrest has not been made.
