The Murfreesboro Police Department has had positive success in prosecuting those who are affiliated with gangs. Sgt. Kyle Evans commented that the Gang Unit is currently seeking information on a drive by shooting which took place on Clover Avenue...

The shooting occurred on November 2, 2015 at an address on Clover Avenue off of Greenland Drive. Witnesses say that a gray in color Chevrolet Impala drove by and opened fire. No one was injured.

One person on the scene was able to obtain a tag number on the car which returned to a Murfreesboro address on the New Salem Highway. However, an arrest has not been made.
