The $1,000 scholarship is based on academic performance, extracurricular activities, work experience and financial need.

Murfreesboro Rotary Club Past President and Scholarship Chair Becci Bookner explained, "The Rotary Scholarship must be used for one academic year with distributions for each semester. It is not limited to tuition. For example, funds may be used for text books, food services at the school, and other related expenses."

Kiley is the daughter of Jim Dibble of John Jones Real Estate here in Murfreesboro. She plans to study international business at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville this coming fall.
