15-Year old Tristen C. Sanders of Murfreesboro’s has big dreams of being in the Olympics, which could indeed become a reality. The local gymnist captured 1st place on the "All Around" score this past weekend at the Get a Grip Invitational Competition in Pelham, Alabama. Sanders trains Elite Energy 2 Gymnastics in Murfreesboro.

Tristen also placed 1st on the Pommel Horse, 1st on the Parallel Bars, 2nd on the Floor, 2nd on the Rings, and 3rd on the High Bar.  He managed to take 1st place in the All Around score even with a low score on the Vault (due to a fall on his landing).
