One Suspect Arrested: E. Sevier St. Robbery

On Friday afternoon detectives arrested Tristin Long for the robbery of an individual at his East Sevier Street. residence on Wednesday afternoon.

Through an investigation, Long was developed as a suspect and was interviewed by detectives. He was booked at the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office without incident.

Murfreesboro Police arrested the 31-year old suspect at his home on 2306 Louise Street. He is being held in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center with his bond set at $93,000.

Long is charged with Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Burglar, and Aggravated Kidnapping--two counts on each of those charges, as well as charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

The incident is still under investigation and detectives are still seeking the identity of the second suspect.
