A little more than 9 grams of crystal meth was seized by Murfreesboro Police when they stopped a subject who was not wearing a seatbelt and had his windows tinted too dark.

Police say when they questioned the driver of the stopped car, he had beads of sweat rolling down his face, even though his A/C was turned on. They also said that the other occupants in the vehicle acted nervous.

When the car and occupants were searched, authorities found the meth not only in the car, but also in the possession of 41 year old Joshua Brent Moore and 40 year old Kamryn Denere Crespo.

The two subjects that call Murfreesboro home now face felony drug charges. The duo may receive extra time behind bars if convicted, due to them being arrested within 1,000 feet of Patterson Park Community Center, the Murfreesboro Wetlands Park and Holloway Harbor Teen Learning Center.
