The Pastoral Counseling Center of Murfreesboro held its annual 2014 Community of Faith luncheon Tuesday (8/12/2014) at First United Methodist Church.

Dr. Judy Campbell coordinated the event while the Regional Pastoral Counseling Center's Executive Director of the Centers Reverend Chris O'Rear shared about the organization's mission and accomplishments. Murfreesboro Coordinator Karen Potratz share heart-warming stories telling how local persons have been helped. You could hear a pin drop as she had a moment of silence for Robin Williams, who was found 24-hours earlier as a victim of suicide. It was noted, "That is never the answer."

Well known celebrity Rik Gracia provided the music and the Garden Lovers Club donated the gorgeous center pieces which were sold at each table. WGNS' Bart Walker served as emcee of the event.
