Bridge over Broad Street TDOT Project (Est Substantial Completion March 2018)

Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday, Incidental construction work continues. There will be minor incidental lane closures on NW Broad Street, Memorial Blvd and Old Fort Pkwy the on-off ramps. Appropriate traffic controls will be in-place.

Middle Tennessee Widening Project (Greenland Dr to E Main St) (Est Substantial Completion August 2018)

Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday: Traffic on Middle Tennessee Blvd is reduced to two-lanes two-way between Bell St and Greenland Dr. E Lytle St is closed at Middle Tennessee Blvd. The section of E Lytle St between N Bilbro Ave and Middle Tennessee Blvd is only open to local traffic. Median construction and traffic signal work continues between Bell St and Greenland Dr. Faulkinberry Dr will be closed on Monday and Tuesday for paving operations. Appropriate traffic control will be in place.

Rutherford County Judicial Center Project (between Burton St and Lytle St) (Est Substantial Completion June, 2018)

Expected Lane Closures: Wednesday, July 20, 2016 - June 30, 2018: Incidental traffic signal, landscaping and construction work continues. Appropriate traffic controls will be in-place.

W Lytle Street Roadway Improvement Project (Baker St to Church St) (Est Substantial Completion August 2018)

Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday: W Lytle St will be closed between the roundabout and Barker St. Traffic will be detoured onto W College St. Access driveways to local businesses will be kept open. Appropriate traffic controls will be in place.

Utility Cut and Paving Project (Saint Andrews Dr near Satterfield Ct)

Expected Lane Closures: Monday & Tuesday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: The contractor for a part of a private development will be making a utility cut on Saint Andrews near Satterfield Ct on Monday and re-paving on Tuesday. Traffic on Saint Andrews Dr will be reduced to a one-lane flagging operation. Appropriate traffic controls will be in place.

Left Turn Lane Improvements and Paving Project (Manchester Pike at Mankin Pointe)

Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: The contractor for a part of a private development will be paving new left turn lane. Traffic on Manchester Pike will be reduced to a one-lane flagging operation. Appropriate traffic controls will be in place.

Annual City Street Paving Project

Expected Lane Closures: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM: City contractors will be milling, paving and striping on the following streets:

  1. Highland Ave at between E Clark Blvd and E Northfield Blvd
  2. Thompson Lane at Trailhead north of NW Broad St
  3. Cason Ln between Parkwood Dr and Shellsford Circle
  4. Old Fort Pkwy at New Salem Hwy (nighttime work 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
  5. Old Fort Pkwy at Thompson Ln (nighttime work 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
  6. SE Broad St at Mercury Blvd (nighttime work 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Expect lane shifts and traffic interruptions. Appropriate traffic controls will be in place.
