Read To Succeed is dedicated to improving lives through reading and Dollar General Literacy Foundation supports this mission.

On May 10 at the Nashville Public Library, the Dollar General Literacy Foundation presented Read To Succeed a $15,000 grant for Adult Literacy programs and a $15,000 grant for Family Literacy. Adult Literacy Coordinator, Carolynn Kobiske accepted the awards saying, "Dollar General has been a faithful supporter of the goals of Adult Literacy and Read To Succeed for many years. Their funding enables us to provide materials and serve all those seeking to advance their literacy skills through one-on-one tutoring, pursuit of a GED or learning English. Their involvement allows our programs to provide services at no cost. Their continued support has enabled us to grow and service all residents of Rutherford County. We sincerely appreciate all that they have done for Read To Succeed programs."
