MURFREESBORO - Recycle Rutherford's talk on the endangered Monarch butterfly that was cancelled due to bad weather last month has been rescheduled at the Rutherford County Courthouse for 7:00 o'clock Monday night, June 2nd.
MTSU Biology Professor Andrew Brower  will discuss the endangered Monarch butterfly migration at the Recycle Rutherford annual meeting to be held in the main courtroom on the second floor.
Dr. Brower is an internationally recognized expert on butterfly evolution and received MTSU's Distinguished Research Award in 2012.
Recycle Rutherford Secretary Gib Backlund told WGNS News, "This is truly an exceptional opportunity to learn about the Monarch and what we can do to make a difference. The meeting is open to all."
