Riverdale High School has been working feverishly to get ready for their homecoming football game despite a fire which destroyed their concession stand and restrooms.
Fire destroyed the facility September 18th with what Murfreesboro Fire and Rescue deemed unintentional due to a grease fire while cooking before a freshman game.
One of the biggest concerns is the building also housed the electricity, which controls the field lights. However, school officials worked to remedy that situation by Tuesday.
Coca-Cola has donated portable concession stands and food trucks are being brought in as well. Portable bathrooms will also be available.
The Warriors will host Cookeville Friday for their homecoming.
