Approximately 75 Riverdale High School students and teachers had their heads shaved Friday (3/18/2016) for the St. Baldrick's Foundation. That's the group that's searching for cures to childhood cancer. That raised more than $20,000 in honor of eight year old Leah Smallwood.

She was diagnosed four-years ago with neuroblastoma. The school got behind the child because her dad played on the Warrior football team several years ago. In fact, over the past four-years, Riverdale has raised nearly $40,000 for St. Baldrick's cancer research.
