He told authorities he was driving east in the right turn lane when suddenly, a silver Chevy Cruze abruptly entered the lane in front of him, nearly causing a collision.

The victim reported he honked his horn and pulled off the roadway. Upon re-entering the roadway, the victim reports the driver of the car erratically drove in front of him and applied the brakes. Then, an adult, black female got out of the back seat and began aggressively approaching his vehicle.

He added she was yelling obscene remarks and gestures. The victim said there were two black females inside the vehicle. But they were also yelling obscenities at him.

At this point, he left the scene, fearing for his safety. He did get the car's tag number and reported it to Officer Sanders. It came back with an Antioch address.

Sanders reported a follow up investigation would be conducted.
