State Senator Jim Tracy commented on the U.S. Supreme Court's decision.  He told WGNS News, “The practical effort of upholding Obamacare is devastating to our economy. The uncertainty of business owners in the implementation of this act will only add to the devastating effects ObamaCare will have on job growth in our country. As the Supreme Court has pointed out it is a tax increase and it is the biggest tax increase in U.S. history.”  

“Further, as we get ready to celebrate Indpendence Day, we find that our freedom to purchase or not purchase a service does not exist if the government calls it a tax.” 

“Thirty thousand new IRS agents will be hired to enforce the new law so that we have big government looking into every aspect of our lives, including our own personal healthcare decisions.”
