A security video at one of the two stores showed a man who looked like McCord following the victim closely throughout the store while constantly looking over his shoulder.

The video showed that at one point the man actually got on the floor and began taking photos up the victims dress.

The incident is similar to what was reported at the Kohl's Department Store on Old Fort Parkway.

McCord was out of jail on bond for another sexual related case when the video and photography incident occurred. He was positively identified by a witness in a photo line-up. MPD Detective Tommy Roberts reports that McCord had a video of a victim that was shot up her skirt.

In the Past McCord had previous run-ins with the law:

In 2015, Craig McCord was indicted after being accused of inappropriately touching a 13-year old girl. At the time, he was 38. The incident was said to have occurred when the child was at his home spending the night with McCord and his wife Virginia. McCord allegedly touched the child in the genital area as she slept, but she woke up as it was happening and called her grandfather to pick her up.

McCord was originally placed on the Tennessee Sex Offender registry in 2002 for a Sexual Battery conviction.
