Sheriff Arnold Mentioned by Man on Phone in What Could be Threatening Manner

PREVIOUS INFORMATION:

The call came in on Saturday night and reports indicate a suspect by the name of David Goad has called dispatch about 20-times since December 5th. During past phone conversations, Goad allegedly touched base on topics involving religion, weapons of mass destruction, peace on earth and the Sheriff.

In one call, Goad allegedly stated in regards to Sheriff Arnold, “Yeah, tell him to duck, I know where he lives.” He then asked if the dispatcher was married. Law enforcement attempted to make contact with Goad, but were unsuccessful and as of Monday night he has not been apprehended.

Below is a photo of Mr. Goad. The Sheriff's Department submitted the below photo to the station on Tuesday morning. We were told this is a mug shot from a DUI arrest in year 2010.
