Siegel Boys Fall to Choctaws in State Semis

Siegel struggled hitting 3's in their semifinal game with Dyer County, losing to the Choctaws 77-70. The Stars were 3 for 25 from the three point line Friday. Damien Clark led Siegel with 19 points. Dyer County was led by Tennessee signee Robert Hubbs, who tallied 27. Siegel's season ended in the state's final four, with a 29-and-6 record.

2012-2013 will go down as a memorable hoops year here in Rutherford County. Two teams in the AAA boys state tournament and the Riverdale girls winning back-to-back state championships and a national championship this year after going undefeated.
