The National Federation of Independent Business, Tennessee's leading small-business association, has endorsed Representative Bryan Terry, MD in the State House District 48 race. Representative Terry lives in Murfreesboro, TN.

The endorsement was made by NFIB/Tennessee SAFE (Save America's Free Enterprise) Trust, which is comprised exclusively of NFIB members.

"Bryan Terry is dedicated to protecting small business and free enterprise, and has earned NFIB's endorsement in the race for House District 48," said Jim Brown, state director of NFIB/Tennessee.

"We believe Representative Terry will continue to take a fiscally responsible approach to managing state government and support legislation that helps small businesses grow, create jobs and keep government out of their way."

Rep. Terry grew up working in his family's auto salvage business, and is currently a managing partner in Murfreesboro Anesthesia Group. "Having a deep blue collar small business background with our salvage, and now owning a small medical business has provided me with a diverse background to help our small businesses which are the backbone of our economy. I appreciate the recognition from NFIB as I continue to work for our district to create jobs," stated Rep. Terry.

The NFIB/Tennessee SAFE Trust's endorsement is critical to the Dr. Bryan Terry campaign. Small business owners and their employees vote in high numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members and acquaintances to go to the polls. NFIB has pledged it will activate its grassroots network on behalf of the campaign. NFIB's political support is based on the candidates' positions and records on small business issues.
