Special Kids + Big Daddy Weave Concert in Murfreesboro

Local nonprofit Special Kids Therapy & Nursing Center will host a family friendly concert presented by Ole South featuring renowned Christian music group, Big Daddy Weave, on Friday, December 1, at New Vision Baptist Church in Murfreesboro.

Big Daddy Weave is one of Christian music's most played artists at Christian Radio each year, one of the genre's biggest headlining touring artists and the recipient of multiple industry awards and nominations, including: Dove Awards, K-LOVE Fan Awards, Billboard Music Awards, ASCAP and BMI Awards and the Rich Mullins Artist Impact Award. Songs you may recognize include: "The Lion and The Lamb", "My Story", "Redeemed," "The Only Name (Your's Will Be)", "Overwhelmed" and "Love Come to Life," to name a few. Formed in 2002, Big Daddy Weave is Mike Weaver, Jay Weaver, Jeremy Redmon, Joe Shirk and Brian Beihl.

"One of the reasons we invited Big Daddy Weave to come was because they could be enjoyed by the whole family. Since Special Kids serves the whole family, we wanted everyone to be able to participate in this event. Big Daddy Weave has an incredible ministry and their music is so impactful. We know this is going to be incredible night of worship," shares Stephanie Folkmann, Special Kids Development Director.
