Linebaugh Library Director Rita Shacklett said, "41 percent of the people here in Rutherford County do not have internet, and Linebaugh's Technology Engagement Center will offer free WiFi service."

Linebaugh will be the first public library in Tennessee with a one-hundred percent technology center that has 36 computers, technology meeting rooms, 3-D printers and more.
