Did you happen to see a white Infiniti G-35 driving down Northfield Blvd. at a high rate of speed on Tuesday evening around 5? If you did, chances are good you witnessed 29 year old Timothy Graham allegedly fleeing from Murfreesboro Police.

The MPD conducted a traffic stop of a white Infiniti on West Northfield Boulevard after the driver reportedly made an improper lane change on Tuesday. When the vehicle pulled over at a BP Gas Station, a police report shows that Mr. Graham acted as if he were going to exit the car and then took off at a high rate of speed. The report suggested that Graham was weaving in and out of 5:00 traffic in a reckless manner.

Instead of police giving chase, an officer simply obtained warrants for "Evading Arrest (Felony), Resisting Arrest and Driving on a Revoked License." The Rutherford County Sheriff's Office later spotted Graham and placed him under arrest.

Needless to say, Graham will face the charges in court in the near future.
