Suspect accused of killing homeless man set for trial Monday

The suspect charged with killing a homeless man in Murfreesboro will soon face the courts during trial on Monday, February 8, 2016.

Charles Warner who is homeless himself, is accused of murdering 52-year-old Emad Kakhim Al Azraki.

In 2014 witness Robert Strange testified before a Grand Jury that he was drinking beer at a friend Apartment when the accused suspect Charles Warner and murder victim Al Azraki left to go to the Imperial Inn on Broad Street. About an hour later Warner returned. Strange stated, "He was covered in blood [talking about Warner]." Strange told the courts, "He had blood all over his face, arms and legs."

Warner will face the courts on Monday, February 8, 2016.
