A man charged with his 4^th DUI will soon file a plea in a Rutherford County Courtroom. Omar Mohamed Dhies will appear before the Honorable Judge Keith Siskin on January 21st. He will also file a plea on a charge of driving on a revoked license for a second time and violation of the implied consent law.
