Detectives on Wednesday (1/25/17) arrested Robin Wallace Phillips, a 41-year-old parolee who is suspected of committing a series of motel robberies in Davidson, Wilson and Rutherford Counties over the past few days.

Phillips was taken into custody without incident in a room at the Executive Inn on Harding Place in Nashville where he was staying. He will be booked into the Metro Jail during the night.

Phillips is believed to have robbed five motels in Nashville since last weekend. He is also suspected in similar robberies in Mt. Juliet and Lavergne.

Phillips has prior convictions for aggravated robbery, burglary, felony reckless endangerment and manufacturing meth.
