A woman accused of having an affair with the former acting director of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation office in Nashville has been placed on administrative leave.

Former interim TBI Director Jason Locke was accused of having an affair with a woman who works in the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services office while on taxpayer time during state related travel. Evidently, Locke's wife notified Governor Bill Haslam of the situation and now the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury is investigating the allegations.

In addition to the woman being placed on administrative leave, Locke was also placed on leave from the TBI.
