Eating bags of marijuana is bad for your digestive system. That could be an understatement as you can't digest the plastic very well.

An arrest was made after a recent traffic stop in Murfreesboro. The driver was stopped for illegal window tint on Highland Avenue. Once stopped, police say the driver announced that some marijuana may be present. Sure enough, officers found a small baggie in the car. But, it didn't end there.

22-Year old passenger Lloyd Gooch appeared nervous, according to police. Evidently, he lied to police about his true identity. It didn't take long for police to figure out his real name and to find out that he had warrants for his arrest in both Rutherford and Davidson Counties.

Gooch was arrested and transported to the Sheriff's Office. A police report stated, "Once at the Sheriff's Office he stated he was feeling sick and began throwing up plastic bags." An officer observed as he threw up into a jail toilet. The regurgitated bags contained a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. The only problem is that Gooch was able to quickly flush the bags before officers could stop him. The evidence quickly went down the drain and he was charged with "Destruction of Evidence."

Gooch will face the charge in court on June 30, 2015.
