The Murfreesboro Electric Department and Middle Tennessee Electric will likely introduce the new time of use rate schedule during the same time period. Chris Jones, who will take over the position of President at Middle Tennessee Electric on April 1st, 2013, told WGNS in a past interview that they expect to start the time of use service between 2014 and 2015. Jones said he hopes the new rates will conserve electricity…
