Hines notes that a panel discussion dealing with Juvenile Crime Recidivism and how a community must come together to bring greater awareness to crimes juveniles are exposed to and commit. She also said that leaders in our nation over the last 25 years have failed to keep our kids safe.

She said the discussion will be led by panelists from the FBI, DEA, ATF, Murfreesboro Medical Clinic, YMCA, CADCOR, the U.S. Navy and Marines, and other organizations.

Hines stressed the program will not be political in nature. State Senator Jim Tracy and State Representtive Mike Sparks, both serving Rutherford County, are involved with TN-Zero and will share ideas.
