The Murfreesboro Center for the Arts is looking for a new executive director. After almost 9-years, Tony Cimino is returning to Louisiana to join the senior management team of a new not-for-profit organization. His last working day here will be April 12th.
Cimino said that he will be moving back to New Orleans to join a newly created Louisiana Health Co-Operative. It was set-up through the federal government's Healthcare Reform Act.
This will not be his first venture into that field. Prior to joining the Murfreesboro Center for the Arts, Cimino had 18 successful years as a senior sales and marketing manager in the managed healthcare field.
He told WGNS News . . .
Cimino expressed that the lure of two new grandsons born near New Orleans over the past nine weeks was a powerful lure back to the Pelican State.
Cimino's first day on the new job is April 22nd.
