Two men in Murfreesboro have been charged with aggravated rape. Antoine L. Gore, Jr. and Deshon Webb were arrested on Wednesday (2/15/17) by Murfreesboro Police.

Both Webb and Gore are accused of raping an 18 year old female at College Grove Apartments. The victim was evidently at a friend's apartment when the sexual assault reportedly occurred.

Evidence found by detectives suggests that the victim became heavily intoxicated during a house warming party when she was reportedly taken into a bathroom and sexually assaulted by Gore and Webb. A police report shows that a witness saw the two men with the impaired woman in the bathroom.

The case was presented to the February Grand Jury in Rutherford County prior to the charges being filed.

The two men are due in Circuit Court on February 27, 2017.
