UPDATE: Arrest Made in Lytle Creek Murder

We have more news on the death of a man who was found in Lytle Creek on Monday (5/12/14).

Killed was 52-year old Emad Kadhim Al Azraki. The man was said to be homeless, according to the Murfreesboro Police Department.

The State Medical Examiner’s Office performed a post mortem examination which determined the manner of death to be Homicide. MPD Sgt. Kyle Evans told WGNS that during the investigation, facts and evidence revealed that 47-year old Charles Lee Warner was responsible for the intentional and premeditated murder of Al Azraki. Warner, who is also homeless, is known to live in both Nashville and Murfreesboro.

A warrant for First Degree Murder was obtained and Warner was arrested without incident in Nashville by MPD Detectives with the assistance of the Metro Nashville Police Department.
