We have more news on the man who eluded police by running into the local hospital on Wednesday. 20-Year old Khalil Lannykijo Newman was driving down Medical Center Parkway when officers clocked him at 65mph. When the officer attempted to pull Newman over, he allegedly sped away, turning into Middle Tennessee Medical Center. After stopping at the hospital, the man reportedly jumped out of his car and ran into the medical facility. Multiple police officers responded to the hospital where they found Newman in the women’s center. Apparently, he was trying to check into the hospital when police found him. Newman will appear in court on December 11th.
