A Murfreesboro man has been arrested after being kicked out of the Stones River Mall. The incident occurred on Saturday. The man in question was evidently wearing an offensive shirt and was asked by mall security to either take the shirt off or turn it inside out. The subject was then asked to leave if he would not do something about his shirt. The man refused both request and was escorted out of the shopping center by security.

Police were then called to the scene where they officially told him that he was banned from the property. Officers then checked his license status and found out that his license was revoked. Police then asked the culprit how he got to the mall. He claimed that a friend dropped him off. His car was later found on the property. As a result, the man was charged with filing a false report and criminal trespassing.

By the way, the shirt in question read, ""Has your gun killed a kindergartner today?" It was evidently a gun control statement.
