A theft and vandalism report was filed by a landlord who oversees a Murfreesboro home on Camborne Circle. The property manager advised that the theft and damage to ceilings, windows, flooring and siding added up to $35,000.

The suspect, who is currently living on Manson Pike, already has a civil court judgement against him. However, Ken Cheeseman has not been arrested, according to the police report.
