Volunteer State Sends Irma Help to Florida

Over 150 medical, search and rescue and first responders are in Florida, helping in the aftermath of Irma's landfall.

The Tennessee Department of Health reports the personnel will be based in the state capitol of Tallahassee for up to two-weeks.

Even Vanderbilt University's Lifeflight airplane has been used in Miami to transport patients for relocation.
