The United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties is still collecting baby items for at-risk families and mothers now through February 1, 2015. The items will be sorted and baby bags will be assembled on February 6, 2015, at Patterson Park Community Center in Murfreesboro. Volunteers are still needed along with baby items.

Last year's Community Baby Shower resulted in over 4,000 items collected and 250 baby bags assembled by 68 volunteers.
