The Walmart Stores of Murfreesboro fed the volunteers lunch. President of the Friends of the Stones River National Battlefield Mike Liles said, "These volunteers work hard to clean the Park and remove the invasive plants; they really appreciation the sandwich and chips provided by the Walmart stores. This is a great community service to all that participate."
