Water Heater Stolen Out of Basement

It’s always better to give than to receive, but not when the item being given is a water heater stolen from a neighbor’s basement. The Burlington County Times reports Stephen Houston of Florence, New Jersey has been charged with burglary and theft for allegedly stealing a brand-new, but not yet installed, water heater from a neighbor’s basement and giving it to someone as a gift. The water heater has been recovered.
