WEIRD: Porn appreciation class in foreign college

Sex ed has taken on a whole new meaning at one college in Taiwan. Providence University is offering a course in pornography appreciation. In order to pass the class, students have to deliver a 15-minute presentation in which they analyze from an academic standpoint how the audience reacts psychologically to a porn scene. More than 50 students signed up for the class, most of whom admit they’ve watched skin flicks before. The majority of those who enrolled say they did so because they were curious and they have not told their parents they’re taking the course.
