WGNS Website Hits New Milestone…Overload

A new milestone of hits on the WGNS internet site may have caused the station’s streaming and some other web services to temporarily hit the bucket. As the 30-day million mark arrived, some data feeds linked to this web site shut-down. The radio station’s primary web provider reported an area wide outage last Saturday (10/4/08), but the problems still persist. Some of the station’s world-wide services were restored after the Good Neighbor network’s IT staff went over the entire system. However, steaming is still down. Hopefully that will be restored soon.
