A 42-year old woman who was described as “lethargic” was pulled over on Warrior Drive for failing to yield at the South Church Street intersection Wednesday evening at about 6. Police say when they approached the subject they noticed that her ten year old son was in the car with her.

The officer who arrested Fisher wrote, “I then asked Mrs. Fisher to exit the vehicle and as she exited she was very unsteady upon her feet and had to prop herself against her vehicle in order to maintain her balance.” When police asked Fisher if she had been drinking she replied, “NO.” After failing a field sobriety test the woman admitted to drinking two glasses of wine. She was then charged with her third DUI and reckless endangerment because the ten year old was in the car with her. No word on who took custody of the 5th grader.
