A 25 year old Murfreesboro woman was arrested on her second DUI charge after police received a call about a motor vehicle accident. To make matters worse for Kristin M. Sawyer, she reportedly had her infant child in the car with her.

Police report that Sawyer failed a field sobriety test and admitted to taking Suboxone and Xanax prior to driving on Tuesday evening. Officers say that Sawyer was charged with Felony Reckless Endangerment due to the fact that her infant child was in the car with her when charged with her second DUI.
