Woman who once lived in Murfreesboro arrested on "Sexual Battery by an Authority Figure" charge

A Nags Head North Carolina woman has been accused of sexual battery by an authority figure in Murfreesboro. Nancy Aragon, who listed her place of employment as Argosy University, is accused of sexually abusing a 14-year old who is now 18-years of age.

Aragon, who is reportedly an assistant professor in psychology, evidently lived in Murfreesboro when the sexually related situation unfolded, according to Murfreesboro Police. The case was investigated by Detective Tommy Roberts.

Detective Roberts noted in an arrest report, "There was other evidence gathered that Nancy also participated in the sex abuse of this victim."

Meanwhile, Charles Aragon was indicted on six charges of rape, two counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and one count of incest. Charles Aragon will be extradited from North Carolina in the near future.
