A wreck on Lascassas Pike (Highway 96), just past Compton Road, leaves at least one person taken to Vanderbilt via Lifeflight. It happened at the intersection with Shady Lane. The head-on collision involved two vehicles happened around 6:30am. Traffic in the area is down to one lane while the investigation continues.
