A theft of services police report was filed by a Murfreesboro man who contracted with a company to execute foundation repair work on his home. The victim told officers that he paid a Foundation Repair and Excavation company $18,000 to begin repair work on August 14th. To date, the repairs have not taken place as agreed upon, according to a Murfreesboro Police Report.
WGNS is not releasing the name of the company in question until more information has been released. We will however say that the company is listed as an accredited Better Business Bureau Member, but has only been a member since March of this year.
