A Benley Street homeowner reports around 49-hundred dollars in cash was taken from his home. The victim called Murfreesboro Police just before 7pm Tuesday to report someone had entered his home. The homeowner reports he believes someone entered the home by tearing a screen from the kitchen window since it was open when he arrived home. Also, the back door was left open - leading police to believe the criminal left the home through the door.
