Blackman High School Athletic Hall of Fame Plans Unveiled

Blackman High School held an inaugural event on Thursday, May 17th to announce the opening of their Athletic Hall of Fame. The event was held at The Grove at Williamson Place and was headlined by Rick Insell, Head Women's Basketball Coach at MTSU, as the guest speaker.

The highlights of the evening included a catered dinner, silent auction, and information concerning how to nominate Hall of Fame candidates in the future. The selection committee is accepting nominations now; nominations for the first induction class will close on March 1, 2019. The first Hall of Fame class will be inducted in the Fall of 2019 as a part of the celebration of the school's 20th anniversary.
